Voice in the Garden is a 50-minute wellness class led by Barbara Steinhaus, DMA, C-AIM, CTM, Chair of the Department of Music at Brenau University, that introduces participants to breathing, humming, and vocal toning techniques designed to support relaxation, self-care, and overall well-being. Held indoors, this engaging experience encourages participants to bring a fitness mat for comfortable seated practice during this class.
