Learn how to weave on a simple frame loom. You will be introduced to a variety of natural fibers, including wool, cotton, linen, jute and paper yarn, and then explore techniques to create small woven tapestries — making abstract designs or free-form images.
All materials are included and no prior experience is required. Each participant will take home a completed woven artwork and a set of tools to continue exploring weaving after the workshop. Ticket price includes material fees and admissions to the Garden. Does not include parking.
